Mumbai, Jan 16 (NationPress) Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan was the victim of a knife attack by a robber at his residence. Contrary to earlier claims that his elder son Ibrahim transported him to Lilavati Hospital, it has been revealed that a member of his domestic staff actually took him there.
Additionally, Taimur was not present with the actor en route to the hospital, as confirmed by one of the attending physicians. It is noted that Ibrahim resides in a separate building away from Saif's home.
A reliable source disclosed, “The actor was taken to the hospital in an auto-rickshaw by the house help, not by Ibrahim or Taimur.”
Saif was reportedly assaulted with a 2.5-inch knife by an intruder who entered his Bandra home through the room of his youngest son Jeh.
According to media reports, doctors successfully extracted the knife from his injury. The actor, who underwent surgery, has been moved to the ICU but is said to be out of danger.
