Mumbai, Nov 1 (NationPress) Renowned actress Shabana Azmi took to social media to showcase a delightful video from her birthday festivities in 2018. In this clip, she momentarily steps away from her serious acting persona, dancing joyfully with a flower pot perched on her head. The vibrant video features her and friends enjoying the lively classic track "Aaja Aaja Main Huin Pyar Tera" from the 1966 film "Teesri Manzil".

Sharing the nostalgic moment on her official Instagram account, Shabana noted, "This video popped up on my phone. It’s a throwback from my birthday 2018! There goes my reputation as a serious actor" (Beaming Face with Smiling Eyes emojis) (sic).

On Friday, the esteemed National Award-winner also shared a candid photo with her “do anmol ratan” – actor-filmmaker-singer Farhan Akhtar and her nephew Sagar. The trio beamed in a selfie posted on her Instagram.

“Mere do anmol ratan @faroutakhtar and my nephew #SagarArya" (sic), Shabana captioned the heartwarming post.

For context, Shabana has been married to the celebrated writer and poet Javed Akhtar since 1984. Javed was previously wedded to Honey Irani, with whom he shares two children, Farhan Akhtar and Zoya Akhtar.

In a reflective moment, Shabana also commemorated the late actor Satish Shah, expressing her sorrow in a heartfelt message. She shared an old picture with him, writing, "This photo was taken a couple of years ago on Roopa Shaikh’s birthday. Last year we lost her to cancer, and now #Satish Shah is gone. We were in college together; he was always full of beans, pulling a fast one. Gone too soon" (sic).

It’s worth noting that Satish Shah passed away at the age of 74 on October 25.
