Mumbai, April 6 (NationPress) After more than a month, the celebrated playback artist Shreya Ghoshal has successfully reclaimed her X account.
On Sunday, the renowned singer took to social media to announce her return. She expressed, "Hello everyone, I am back on X. After considerable effort, I have my account back. A member of the India team assisted me with this—thank you immensely for your support. Indeed, it took a significant amount of time to initiate communication; however, everything is well now. I am here and will keep engaging with you—rest assured, all is well, and I have regained my account on the auspicious occasion of Ram Navmi."
In her post, she wrote, "I am back!! I will frequently share updates and thoughts here. Yes, my X account faced issues after being hacked in February. Finally, I received support from the @X team after facing numerous challenges in establishing effective communication. Everything is well now!! I am back."
Shreya also voiced her concerns regarding AI-generated ads that are being utilized as click-baits. She noted that while she cannot take direct action against them, she believes that X should address the issue.
She added, "Additionally, many bizarre ads circulate that feature articles about me with ridiculous headlines and AI-generated images. These are click-bait content that leads to spam or fraudulent links. Please report these ads. I lack the authority to remove them. I have made my best efforts. These ads are permissible under X's advertising regulations. I hope they resolve these issues promptly."
Last month, Shreya informed her fans that her X account had been compromised since February 13th, and despite her attempts, she had been unable to regain access to it.
Her message stated, "Please do not click on any link or trust any message coming from that account. They are all spam and phishing links. I will provide a personal update through a video if the account is restored and secure."
