Mumbai, Jan 19 (NationPress) 2026 marks a significant year for revisiting cherished memories, and Shruti Haasan recently took a trip to her college after a long hiatus.

Instead of entering the college, Shruti opted to wander the street adjacent to it.

In a video shared on her official Instagram account, Shruti expressed, "I am absolutely thrilled to be back in my college lane after so many years. I used to walk here daily."

She also pointed out the spot where they would gather post-college for snacks.

"We didn't visit here every day; otherwise, I would have gone broke," she humorously remarked.

Filled with excitement to savor the mutton roll once more after such a lengthy gap, Shruti stepped into the eatery.

To her dismay, she discovered that the establishment no longer offers those mutton rolls.

"What has happened to the roll? Life has its changes," she commented.

Reflecting on another memory, Shruti recounted how she was summoned to the Principal's office for dyeing her hair pink. She also realized her passion for singing during her college years.

After a day of reminiscing, Shruti confessed, "I am feeling incredibly nostalgic."

She noted that the place has remained unchanged over the years.

"A trip down memory lane," Shruti captioned her post.

In terms of her professional endeavors, Shruti will next appear in "Salaar Part 2: Shouryanga Parvam."

With the first installment, "Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire," achieving remarkable box office success, expectations for the sequel are exceedingly high.

Directed by Prashanth Neel, the original featured Prabhas in the lead role, along with talents such as Prithviraj Sukumaran, Jagapathi Babu, and others in prominent roles.
