Mumbai, March 25 (NationPress) Actor Sikandar Kher, who is currently filming three projects concurrently, including Sriram Raghavan’s eagerly awaited war drama Ikkis, the unique comedy Baby Do Die Do, and the romantic film Jassi Weds Jassi, expressed that being on set, working, and having my films released is the sole thing I desire.

Discussing his hectic schedule, Sikandar remarked, “At the moment, I don’t have the privilege of focusing on one film at a time, but I’m not complaining. Being on set, working, and having my films and shows released is truly all I want (sic).”

He mentioned that the characters he is portraying right now vary significantly from one another.

“I’m relishing the process. Honestly, it wouldn’t be too bad if the schedules align so perfectly that none overlap. However, that seems improbable, and I’m very content and thankful to be busy, and hopefully, it will remain that way (sic).”

Last month, Sikandar discussed teaming up with friends Huma Qureshi and Saqib Saleem for their production Baby Do Die Do, a neo-noir crime comedy. He noted that collaborating with someone for the second time is always a positive sign.

Reflecting on his experience, Sikandar, who has previously collaborated with Huma in “Monica, O My Darling” and with Saqib in “Citadel: Hunny Bunny”, shared: “When Saqib approached me with the film offer, I was delighted, not only because it’s work, but also because we had just wrapped filming Citadel and had the opportunity to spend time together for the first time… Thus, collaborating with someone again is always encouraging.”

“As a producer, he’s an absolute joy for an actor and truly makes one feel appreciated, which inevitably translates to exceptional work for everyone... Additionally, this is my second project with Huma, who is not only an exceptional actor but also always wears a smile while being a consummate professional… a delight to collaborate with.”

Directed by Nachiket Samant, the film is set to deliver a compelling yet entertaining narrative, featuring Chunky Pandey alongside Huma and Sikandar.
