According to insiders, several critical scenes were filmed during this schedule, which commenced on July 18. However, Sivakarthikeyan joined the crew a bit later.
It is worth mentioning that the initial filming took place in Madurai, followed by a schedule in Sri Lanka, making the Pollachi shoot the third phase.
‘Parasakthi’ has generated substantial excitement among fans and cinema enthusiasts. This historical film, also featuring Atharvaa and Sreeleela, is set in the 1960s in the former state of Madras.
A teaser released by the production team indicated that the narrative unfolds at Pachaiyappa’s College in Madras, where Sivakarthikeyan is portrayed searching door to door for something significant. He emerges as a courageous leader poised to rally students in a violent protest against an oppressive system that has enforced decrees like 'Students - do not touch'. Interestingly, the teaser shows this mandate altered to 'Do not touch students'.
The teaser also reveals that Ravi Mohan's character harbors intentions to eliminate Sivakarthikeyan's character.
