Mumbai, Feb 15 (NationPress) Actress Sneha Jain, known for her role in the show Janam Janam Ka Saath Hai on Dangal, has made her much-anticipated return to the small screen after a 1.5-year break with Megha Barse. During her time away, she focused on exploring religion and spirituality in depth.

“I took a 1.5-year break. After Janam Janam Ka Saath Hai, I was absent from television for 1.5 years. While I did work on some web projects, my return to TV is significant after this long absence. Throughout this period, I traveled extensively and embraced life,” Sneha shared.

“When we’re involved in shows, we often lack personal time. I utilized this break to travel with friends and family, attend workshops, acquire new skills, and most importantly, delve into spirituality. I truly cherished my spiritual journey. I took the time to thoughtfully understand life and reflect on my future aspirations,” she added.

She emphasized that at times, it is crucial to pause, observe, and contemplate one’s journey rather than merely racing through life.

“You need to take a moment and consider—how did I begin, where am I currently, and what are my future goals? This break was vital for me. Even though I wasn’t filming, I consistently worked on myself. Ultimately, what counts is how you nurture yourself—mentally, physically, and emotionally.”

“Additionally, the relationships you foster with your family, friends, yourself, and your divine connection are important. I truly relished this phase!”

Reflecting on her experiences, she remarked, “It was a remarkable period where I deeply explored religion and spirituality. I have never felt this calm and centered before. Over the past 1.5 years, I have transformed into a completely new individual.”

“Now, I listen more intently, exhibit greater patience, and comprehend situations better. Spirituality teaches that the more one loves the divine, the more one learns to love oneself—because, ultimately, the divine resides within you. I have no regrets about taking this break. I didn’t feel guilty either. I genuinely enjoyed it. Now that I am back, I am prepared to work and give my all.”

“I understand that once I resume shooting, my personal life will take a backseat due to the long 12–13-hour shoots we have daily. But that’s the essence—when you’re not working, savor life. When you are working, commit fully to your craft.”
