Mumbai, Dec 11 (NationPress) Acclaimed filmmaker Subhash Ghai has praised Jackie Shroff for his captivating presence on stage.

He referred to him as a genuine hero who resonates with audiences through sincere and heartfelt expressions, contrasting this with the often politically correct statements typically made in front of cameras. On his Instagram account, Subhash posted a picture of Jackie, captioning it, “He remains the hero on stage and continues to win the hearts of the audience because he speaks from his heart, unlike the politically correct discourse we often see on camera. He is #jackieshroff.”

“He was the standout at the IIM institute festival known as Power Talk when I discussed the impact of cinema on a nation and its populace. For the first time, a chief guest, Jackie, offered his neck plant to the host—the director of IIM, Mr. Manoj Tiwari. Subhash Ghai and Jackie Shroff collaborated on several iconic films that left a significant mark on Bollywood. “Hero” (1983) marked Shroff’s debut blockbuster as a lead, instantly catapulting him to stardom. Their partnership also produced other notable films such as “Ram Lakhan,” “Khal Nayak,” “Karma,” and “Yaadein.”
