Taapsee Pannu Channels Royalty in Stunning Black and Gold Attire

Mumbai, Dec 10 (NationPress) Looking every bit regal, Taapsee Pannu showcased a ‘Rani’ flair with her exquisite black and gold attire.
Taapsee shared a series of photographs on Instagram, featuring herself in a one-shoulder black and gold dress. She accessorized the look with dangling diamond earrings, a radiant make-up style, and her hair styled neatly into a bun.
“Infusing a Rani essence into the evening,” Taapsee captioned her post.
The actress alluded to her well-known character, Rani Kashyap, from the film series “Haseen Dillruba.”
“Haseen Dillruba” is a romantic thriller directed by Vinil Mathew, also featuring Vikrant Massey and Harshvardhan Rane. Released in July 2021, the film tells the story of a woman suspected of murdering her husband, unraveling her marriage while police officers investigate for clues to apprehend her.
A sequel titled Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba was launched on Netflix in August 2024, with the original cast joined by Sunny Kaushal. This installment continues the story as Rani and Rishu, on the run from the police in Agra, plan to elope. However, when things go awry, Rani seeks assistance from a compassionate admirer.
Next, Taapsee will star in “Woh Ladki Hain Kahaan?” alongside actor Pratik Gandhi. This upcoming comedy-drama marks the first collaboration between Taapsee and Pratik.
In this film, Taapsee takes on her first comedic role, portraying a spirited police officer, while Pratik will appear in a unique character as the young newlywed heir of a ‘Masala’ magnate family.
Previously, she was featured in “Khel Khel Mein,” directed by Mudassar Aziz. Based on the 2016 Italian film Perfect Strangers, the cast includes Akshay Kumar, Fardeen Khan, Taapsee Pannu, Vaani Kapoor, Ammy Virk, Aditya Seal, and Pragya Jaiswal.
