Mumbai, Feb 8 (NationPress) Recent speculation suggested that actor Vikrant Massey had been substituted by 'Ba***ds of Bollywood' star Raghav Juyal in the upcoming sequel of Nitesh Tiwari's "Ramayana".

To address these swirling rumors, Vikrant took to his social media platform to clarify the situation.

The National Award-winning actor dismissed the claims, stating he was never involved in the project.

He posted on his Instagram Stories, "OK. To put rumors to rest, I never was a part of Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayan. (sic)"

"The many media portals reporting about my supposed 'replacement' should've done the requisite background check," he further noted.

Sending his best wishes to the "Ramayana" team, Vikrant concluded, "Disappointing. Nonetheless, wishing everyone a part of the movie all the very best. Love."

Previously, the '12th Fail' actor had made a similar statement but later chose to delete the post.
