Bhopal, June 9 (NationPress) Madhya Pradesh's Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has announced that President Droupadi Murmu is scheduled to visit the state on June 19 to participate in a program aimed at eradicating Sickle Cell Anaemia.

This event will take place at a stadium in Barwani, which is recognized as a tribal-populated district in Madhya Pradesh, as confirmed by government officials on Monday.

During her visit, President Murmu will address the attendees and take part in various additional events.

Madhya Pradesh's Governor Mangubhai Patel, along with Chief Minister Yadav and Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla, who oversees the state's Health and Family Welfare department, will also be in attendance, monitoring the Sickle Cell eradication initiative that was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
