At Least 30 Palestinians Reported Dead Amid Israeli Airstrikes Across Gaza

Gaza, Jan 5 (NationPress) Reports indicate that at least 30 Palestinians have lost their lives, with some others unaccounted for, following Israeli airstrikes across multiple areas of the Gaza Strip, according to Palestinian sources.
Mahmoud Basal, spokesman for the Civil Defence in Gaza, informed Xinhua that Israeli aircraft struck a residential home in the Shuja'iyya neighborhood, located east of Gaza City.
The Civil Defence teams managed to recover 11 bodies, which included women and children, and provided assistance to several others who sustained injuries, as reported by the spokesman.
The Al-Ahli Arab Hospital issued a statement confirming that three deceased individuals, including an infant, were received at the hospital following an Israeli bombing in the Al-Daraj area, also east of Gaza City, as reported by Xinhua news agency.
In addition, Israeli aircraft targeted a vehicle transporting aid security personnel from a private security firm in the Al-Satar Al-Sharqi area of Khan Younis, a city in the southern Gaza Strip, according to local sources and eyewitness accounts.
A statement from the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis indicated that the airstrike resulted in the deaths of six individuals and left several others wounded.
Additionally, eight more people were killed, including a child and a woman, while 20 others were injured in attacks on two homes and a tent located in western and central Khan Younis, according to the complex's announcement.
In the Al-Nuseirat refugee camp situated in the central Gaza Strip, two women lost their lives and eight others were injured due to an Israeli bombing, as reported by the Al-Awda Hospital.
The toll of Palestinian fatalities resulting from the persistent Israeli assaults in the Gaza Strip has now reached 45,717, according to a statement from Gaza-based health authorities released on Saturday.
