According to a spokesperson from the Indian Defence Ministry, Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh led the delegation to key Israeli defence firms—Elbit Systems, Rafael Advanced Defence Systems, and Israel Aerospace Industries—to seek avenues for co-production and co-development, thus reinforcing existing partnerships and promoting the Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative.
Singh also met with Israeli Defence Minister Israel Katz and briefed him on the primary outcomes of the Joint Working Group (JWG) meeting, which aimed to further solidify the strong and lasting defence collaboration between India and Israel.
