Moscow, Oct 2 (NationPress) Union Minister of State for External Affairs, Pabitra Margherita on Thursday honored Mahatma Gandhi by laying floral tributes at his statue in the Ramenki Rayon Park of Moscow to mark Gandhi Jayanti.
