Highlighting the potential for enhancing bilateral collaboration, Ndaitwah pointed out the increasing trade and investment connections, technical partnerships, political ties, and cultural exchanges between the two nations.
"The continuous high-ranking visits and organized bilateral frameworks, such as our Joint Commission of Cooperation and Joint Trade Committee, have allowed us to enrich our relationship across various domains," she remarked.

"This initiative is not merely an ecological restoration act; it stands as a global emblem of innovative South-South cooperation and sustainable partnerships," she added.

Discussions during the one-on-one meetings between the two leaders also covered the expansion of trade and investment, as well as opportunities for collaboration in areas such as green hydrogen, clean hydrogen, mining and value addition, oil and gas, infrastructure development, agriculture and food security, and tourism.
Ndaitwah urged for a unified approach and regular consultations on critical issues, including the necessity for reforming the UN Security Council and other multilateral institutions.
"We share a mutual belief in achieving fairer and more equitable representation and a democratic UNSC, reflecting the contemporary geopolitical landscape, and therefore should unite to ensure that the desired reforms are realized as soon as possible," she stated.
