Amaravati, June 6 (NationPress) The Andhra Pradesh government has teamed up with NVIDIA, a leading global technology firm, by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Friday to propel the creation of a proposed Artificial Intelligence (AI) University and cultivate a dynamic AI ecosystem through skilling, research, infrastructure development, and startup acceleration.
This partnership aims to position Andhra Pradesh as a frontrunner in national AI-driven innovation and talent cultivation.
Under this agreement, both parties will collaborate to skill 10,000 engineering students across Andhra Pradesh over the next two years. NVIDIA will also offer curriculum guidance and technical training resources to bolster AI education and enhance capacity building in engineering colleges throughout the state.
In addition to workforce development, the MoU emphasizes the enhancement of research and development capabilities.
