He underscored that the state government, under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's guidance, is devoted to fulfilling Baba Saheb’s dream of uplifting the most disadvantaged communities.

The Chief Minister pointed out that significant measures have been taken for empowering four pivotal groups: youth, women, farmers, and labourers, aiming for comprehensive development across all regions in the state.

Sharma honored Dr. Ambedkar's crucial role in crafting the Indian Constitution and establishing the nation as the world’s largest democracy.

Referring to Baba Saheb as the architect of a society free from discrimination, he emphasized Ambedkar’s contributions to education, women’s empowerment, and labour reforms.

The Chief Minister also recognized Dr. Ambedkar's international acclaim as a beacon of knowledge and social justice.

CM Sharma introduced the Baba Saheb Ambedkar Sambal Yojana aimed at villages where the Scheduled Caste population exceeds 50 percent.

A budget of Rs 250 crore has been allocated for infrastructure and development activities in these regions.

CM Sharma commended Prime Minister Narendra Modi's efforts to honor Dr. Ambedkar's legacy, including the development of five significant sites connected to his life: Janmabhoomi (Mhow), Deekshabhoomi (Nagpur), Mahaparinirvan Bhoomi (Delhi), Chaitya Bhoomi (Mumbai), and Shikshabhoomi (London) collectively known as the Panch Teerth.

He also mentioned the establishment of November 26 as Constitution Day and the historic decision to reserve 33 percent of seats for women in the Lok Sabha and State Assemblies, aligning with Ambedkar’s vision for women’s empowerment.

CM Sharma outlined various social security initiatives motivated by Baba Saheb's principles.

These initiatives include adding 7.25 lakh new beneficiaries to the Social Security Pension Scheme—now benefiting over 91 lakh individuals—and raising the pension amount from Rs 1,000 to Rs 1,250.

He also spotlighted the Palanhar Scheme, which offers financial support of up to Rs 2,500 monthly for the care of orphaned children, along with the Dadudayal Ghumta Empowerment Scheme, which has earmarked Rs 60 crore for Vimukta, Nomadic, and Semi-Nomadic communities.

He also inaugurated the Ambedkar Institute of Constitutional Studies and Research under Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Law University, Jaipur, and launched new operations at de-addiction centers.

The Chief Minister announced the Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Panchtirtha Parikrama Yojana, allowing members of the Scheduled Castes to visit significant sites related to Baba Saheb's life, and flagged off the first bus for these sacred locations.
