New Delhi, Jan 26 (NationPress) Renowned journalist and social activist Dr. Bhim Singh Bhavesh hailing from Arrah, Bihar, has been awarded the esteemed Padma Shri Award in recognition of his extraordinary work for the Musahar community, which is among the most disadvantaged groups in India.

His initiatives in education and social empowerment have significantly altered many lives and earned Bihar national acclaim.

Dr. Bhavesh, a journalist linked with a local daily in Arrah, has dedicated close to two decades to the advancement of the Musahar caste.
