He reminisced about the foundational contributions of senior leaders like former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee and seasoned BJP figure L.K. Advani in shaping the party's direction. Furthermore, he acknowledged the significant impact of former MP Mallikarjunappa.
In the context of Karnataka, Vijayendra pointed out that leaders such as former CM B.S. Yediyurappa, the late Ananth Kumar, late V.S. Acharya, Thanga, and Shankarmurthy, among others, have shown unwavering commitment and sacrifice, helping the BJP extend its influence from urban areas to rural communities.

He called upon party workers to fortify the organization by collaborating with unwavering commitment and dedication.
