Manama, May 25 (NationPress) An all-party delegation spearheaded by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP, Baijayant Jay Panda, has made its presence felt in Bahrain, engaging with the Indian diaspora. This visit emphasized India's unified and unwavering stance against terrorism.
The objective of the visit is to bolster India's relationships in the region and reaffirm the nation’s steadfast position against cross-border terrorism. This marks the commencement of a broader tour that will extend to Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Algeria.
According to a statement from the Indian Embassy in Bahrain shared on the social media platform X, "The All-Party Delegation led by @PandaJay engaged with notable figures in #Bahrain, commending their role in enhancing bilateral relations. We reiterated India's strong stance against terrorism. @SPhangnon @ghulamnazad @sharmarekha @asadowaisi."
The delegation, which comprises leaders including Nishikant Dubey, Phangnon Konyak, Rekha Sharma, Asaduddin Owaisi, Satnam Singh Sandhu, and Ghulam Nabi Azad, aims to visit several countries, highlighting India's position on terrorism.
BJP MP Panda remarked on X, "Our Indian diaspora has achieved remarkable success globally, which fills us with pride. While at India House in Bahrain, the delegation paid floral tributes to Mahatma Gandhi and engaged in a meaningful dialogue with Ambassador Vinod K. Jacob. Panda further noted, "Meeting with Indian and Bahraini parliamentarians, writers, and industrialists has been insightful regarding Operation Sindoor and the Prime Minister's views on terrorism and future strategies," as stated by MP Nishikant Dubey.
