Gurugram, Feb 26 (NationPress) The BJP has unveiled its manifesto titled 'Sankalp Patra' for the upcoming elections of the Manesar Municipal Corporation (MMC) on Wednesday.

The BJP State President Pandit Mohan Lal Badoli formally released the Sankalp Patra during a significant event held in Sector-82, Manesar.

Badoli emphasized that if the BJP's candidate for mayor, Sundar Lal Yadav, is elected, he is committed to delivering on all pledges outlined in the Manesar manifesto.

Joining him were BJP's mayor candidate Sundar Lal Yadav, former MLA Satya Prakash Jarawata, Manoj Sharma, and various other leaders. The BJP state chief highlighted that addressing waterlogging issues prior to the 2025 monsoon will be a primary focus in the MMC region.

He stated that significant attention will be directed towards major thoroughfares, including Dwarka Expressway to IMT Manesar Road (covering sectors 84 through 91) and sectors 77 to 95, ensuring residents experience minimal disruption.

Plans include constructing underpasses for local crossings along NH-48, which will serve the residents of densely populated wards 10, 11, and 12. Initiatives will also address road widening and the establishment of new routes, with the BJP government dedicated to alleviating traffic congestion in areas like Sati Chowk.

In discussing the manifesto's initiatives, Badoli announced the launch of Mission 'Sudhar', prioritizing road repairs in Gadhi, Sikandarpur, Naharpur, Kho, and Manesar villages.

This mission will ensure that all roads in Manesar are fully paved, enhance sewage disposal systems in all wards, and mandate the cleaning of septic tanks twice a year. Special garbage collection campaigns will take place near Manesar Sector 4, 95, Hayatpur, Kankrola, Bhaangrola Village, and Yaduvanshi School.

Additionally, the mission will include a management plan for stray animals, which involves establishing cow shelters, ensuring the effective operation of existing shelters, and enhancing oversight.

Collaborating with the state government, regular health camps will be organized in the industrial zone to assist those suffering from various health issues. The “Drink from Tap Mission” will be initiated, which will install public water purification systems in areas with inadequate water tables, ensuring access to clean water.

Badoli also mentioned the launch of the “Swachh Hariyali Yojana”, featuring road cleaning machines and water spraying in every city ward. Green spaces, including an oxygen park, green parks, and jogging tracks, will be developed in each ward to promote a clean and healthy environment.

The plan includes regularizing colonies in partnership with the government, implementing an integrated traffic management system featuring smart signals and real-time monitoring for improved traffic flow. The routes for GMBCL buses will be expanded, and two new high-tech bus terminals will be constructed in Pachgaon and Kherki Daula.

Community halls and sports stadiums will be established in every village, a modern crematorium will be constructed in Manesar city, and the garbage tax for 76 large waste-generating societies in Manesar will be eliminated. BPL cards will also be delivered directly to homes of underprivileged families.

Concerned about women's safety, Badoli announced the introduction of special pink buses on major routes in Manesar.

He took a jab at the Congress party, stating, “Congress does not pose a threat to BJP. In the civic elections, the people of Haryana will decisively reject Congress as they did in Delhi.

He reiterated that the BJP is committed to fulfilling all promises outlined in the manifesto, asserting that the Congress party talks a lot, but there is a significant gap between their words and actions.

“A triple-engine government will emerge in Manesar, ensuring rapid development,” he concluded.
