Barala asserted that this manifesto is dedicated to the progress of Gurugram and aims for a brighter future.

“The BJP is devoted to simplifying the lives of citizens in the Municipal Corporation Gurugram (MCG), prioritizing public service. Following the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, we will unite our efforts to enhance Gurugram and the entire state,” he stated.

He emphasized that under the guidance of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, the BJP government is committed to advancing Haryana.

“Previously, we have resolved to ensure that Gurugram remains clean and free of potholes,” he mentioned.

During the manifesto launch, several leaders were present, including District President Kamal Yadav, Mayor Candidate Rajrani Malhotra, MLA Mukesh Sharma, State Secretary Gargi Kakkar, National Vice President of Minority Front Zakir Hussain, among others.

Discussing the MCG manifesto, Barala stated that road repairs and maintenance will be prioritized before the onset of the monsoon in 2025.

“Attention will be focused on major roads like AIT Chowk and Southern Refine Road (SPR) to provide immediate relief. A dedicated city development fund will be created through a public-private partnership and CSR contributions for projects such as multi-level parking, community centers, and road repairs. We will implement smart signals and an integrated traffic management system (ITMS) to tackle Gurugram's traffic challenges,” he asserted.

He added that 80 new garbage collection vehicles will be deployed in the corporation area, with additional staff for daily garbage collection. Replacing congested grounds with modern and eco-friendly waste processing facilities will enhance waste management.

Barala also guaranteed that the BJP would ensure timely waste disposal at the Bandhwari landfill and impose hefty fines for delays.

“Developing infrastructure to prevent water logging during monsoon will be prioritized. Clean drinking water will be made accessible to residents by installing public water filters,” he assured.

He further claimed that the BJP aims to eradicate street animals from the city and provide uninterrupted electricity and water supply.

He mentioned that efforts will be made in collaboration with the state government to hasten the establishment and operation of the tar plant utilizing waste in Gurugram.

“Through the launch of the 'Green Mobility Campaign' for a cleaner city, we will promote EV charging stations, advanced e-mobility solutions, and e-bike/e-cycle rental services,” he noted.

Barala also pledged that beautification initiatives will commence in all wards, including park maintenance, roadside plantations, and decorative paintings to enhance the city's aesthetics.

He stated that unapproved colonies will be legalized, and transport facilities will be improved by developing walking and trekking routes similar to those in Chandigarh. He assured that streetlights will be installed throughout the city.

The BJP government aims to provide maximum support to women, introducing a special pink garbage bag for safety.

“Taxes on high-rise buildings will be eliminated to ease the financial burden on residents. Individuals occupying land for 20 years will receive ownership rights. Properties registered in women's names will be exempt from house tax, and house tax policies for villages within the corporation will be simplified. Dedicated spaces for yoga will be created in parks,” he added.

Barala concluded by stating that the ruling BJP government is committed to offering special financial assistance to small businesses and street vendors in the corporation area.

“Modern auditory facilities and MS libraries will be established in the cities. Vehicles for crematoriums, multi-level parking, and new centers for waste disposal will be created. Sewerage and drinking water connections will be provided free of charge,” he said.
