Bhopal, June 13 (NationPress) The picturesque hill station of Pachmarhi, nestled within the Satpura range of Madhya Pradesh, is poised to host a significant three-day training camp for the BJP lawmakers and ministers from June 14 to 16.
This event aims to refine political strategies and strengthen ideological foundations, bringing together 201 elected representatives, which includes all MPs, MLAs, and members of the state Cabinet.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah will kick off the camp on June 14 at 3 p.m., while Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will deliver the closing address on June 16.
The sessions are set to take place under a specially constructed dome at the Glen View Hotel, with Chief Minister Mohan Yadav and state BJP President V.D. Sharma participating in all discussions.
“The camp will incorporate both theoretical and practical elements, focusing on the BJP’s journey from the Jan Sangh era to its present-day significance. The inaugural session will feature Union Home Minister Amit Shah reflecting on this evolution, followed by sessions on party discipline, public communication, digital outreach, and constituency management,” stated state party president V.D. Sharma, adding: “Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will lead the valedictory session on June 16.”
Prominent leaders including B.L. Santhosh, Shiv Prakash, C.R. Patil, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Savitri Thakur, L. Murugan, and Vinod Tawde will guide discussions.
Throughout the three days, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav will be present, and he will also present on Developed MP 2047: Opportunities and Challenges.
A standout aspect of the camp is the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ initiative, where all attendees will plant saplings, symbolizing their commitment to the environment and personal accountability. An exhibition highlighting the BJP’s organizational milestones and Prime Minister Modi’s 11 years in leadership will also be featured.
This training comes at a crucial time as the Madhya Pradesh government is expanding its flagship Ladli Behna Yojana.
Recently, Chief Minister Yadav announced a Rs 5,000 monthly wage incentive for women in the textile and garment industries, in addition to the existing Rs 1,250 monthly support.
This initiative aligns with the Centre’s 2024 textile policy and aims to enhance women’s economic participation, forming part of a broader vision to elevate per capita income to Rs 22 lakh by 2047.
As the BJP prepares for upcoming electoral challenges and governance responsibilities, the Pachmarhi camp is viewed as both a strategic reset and a reaffirmation of the party’s ideological and developmental vision.
The sessions are anticipated to reinforce discipline, enhance messaging, and equip leaders for the future. Notably, Pachmarhi is recognized as the summer capital of Madhya Pradesh.
