Chennai, Aug 13 (NationPress) The president of Tamil Nadu BJP, Nainar Nagendran, has vocally criticized the DMK government for what he referred to as a “repressive” maneuver aimed at obstructing senior party figure and former Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan from engaging with protesting conservancy workers in Chennai.
Nagendran pointed out that Tamilisai intended to visit the sanitation workers, who have been conducting a sit-in demonstration in the city for almost 12 days, to show her support and hear their concerns.
