Mumbai, Feb 9 (NationPress) Shiv Sena leader Shaina NC praised the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for its impressive triumph in the Delhi Assembly elections, asserting that the public has finally acknowledged and rewarded those who genuinely serve the community.

The BJP achieved a significant victory, capturing 48 out of 70 seats, while the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) plummeted to just 22, marking the end of its ten-year reign in the national capital.

In an interview with IANS regarding AAP's staggering defeat and BJP's groundbreaking win, Shaina NC remarked, "The Aam Aadmi Party has not only lost its foothold but has also been laid bare. False promises, residing in a 'Sheesh Mahal,' and making claims about the Yamuna without actual political commitment -- these behaviors result in public backlash. This is precisely what has transpired in Delhi. We are confident that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's guidance, similar progress will persist at both the national and state levels."

"I refrain from making political forecasts about anyone, but when false promises are made, the public ultimately discerns who speaks the truth and who genuinely upholds 'Satyamev Jayate'," she added.

On the subject of the broader opposition alliance, she commented, "It is evident that the INDIA bloc has entirely disintegrated and has nothing remaining. Concerning AAP, its very leaders -- Arvind Kejriwal, Somnath Bharti, Manish Sisodia, and Satyendar Jain -- have all faced defeat. So, what is left?"

In the wake of the BJP's victory, PM Modi declared that the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) report on the Delhi government's expenditures would be presented in the first session of the newly elected Assembly. He also cautioned that those accountable for misusing public resources would be compelled to repay them.

The CAG report, which allegedly outlines financial irregularities within the Delhi administration, became a significant political battleground prior to the elections. The AAP government was subjected to intense scrutiny from the opposition for supposedly delaying the report's presentation in the Assembly.

Supporting PM Modi's position, Shaina NC stated, "PM Modi has consistently spearheaded a campaign against corruption and corrupt entities. We believe that necessary measures should be implemented based on the CAG report with complete transparency, and the guilty must be held accountable. I express my gratitude to the Prime Minister for his steadfast dedication to combating corruption."

Responding to a viral video of outgoing Delhi Chief Minister Atishi celebrating her victory in the Kalkaji Assembly seat with supporters, Shaina NC dismissed it as mere theatrics.

"Anyone can partake in the politics of showmanship, but ultimately, the true victor is the one who prevails. And the winner is the BJP under the NDA administration and PM Modi's leadership. Deception, theatrics, and drama are embedded in AAP's essence," she concluded.
