New Delhi, Feb 15 (NationPress) The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) examinations for Class 10 and Class 12 are set to commence today, Saturday.
Approximately 42 lakh students are expected to participate in the 2024-25 Board exams. According to the data released by the Board, these exams will take place in about 7,842 examination centers nationwide and in 26 countries internationally.
The Class 10 exams will continue until March 10, 2025, while the Class 12 exams will follow a similar timeline. Both sets of exams are scheduled for a single shift, from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.
As per the CBSE 2025 date sheet, the Class 10 Board exams will kick off with English (Communicative) and English (Language and Literature), while the Class 12 exams will start with the entrepreneurship paper.
In a first, the CBSE has arranged a live webcast to inform key exam officials such as center superintendents, deputy superintendents, assistant superintendents, city coordinators, and observers about the examination protocols.
The webcast also includes details regarding the evaluation procedures and the roles of exam officials.
This session was streamed on CBSE’s official YouTube channel at 2:30 pm on Friday and lasted for two hours.
Students taking the exams must bring their admit cards and school ID cards to their respective exam centers. The CBSE 2025 admit cards contain essential information, including exam timings, subject details, and exam center locations.
