Chandrababu Naidu Calls on Citizens to Embrace P4 for Eradicating Poverty

Amaravati, Jan 12 (NationPress) The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, N. Chandrababu Naidu, made an appeal to the public on Sunday to join the P4 (Public-Private-People-Partnership) initiative focused on achieving zero poverty.
He announced that the P4 policy will be revealed shortly and stated that those who have attained the highest social positions should assist 20 percent of the population who are struggling at the bottom by leveraging government programs.
Naidu conveyed this message while sending out Sankranti wishes to all Telugus worldwide via the social media platform X.
He expressed his belief that when economic disparities are eliminated, every household can truly celebrate festivals.
"We have been diligently striving to illuminate people's lives through welfare, development, and effective governance. We have previously introduced the Swarnandhra Vision-2047, which comprises 10 principles, aimed at elevating the Telugu community to the top position globally. The foremost principle is zero poverty," stated Chandrababu Naidu.
The seasoned leader remarked that the reforms and policies initiated in the united state of Andhra Pradesh since 1995 have significantly transformed the lives of millions.
He noted that the P-3 (Public-Private-Partnership) framework established then as a part of economic reforms has created numerous job opportunities and wealth.
"Individuals from humble farming backgrounds have ascended to high positions by taking advantage of the opportunities available at that time. Many have achieved remarkable success both domestically and internationally. Those who have become global citizens are now emerging as global leaders," the Chief Minister mentioned.
Expressing his concern, Naidu pointed out that numerous families are still enduring severe poverty. According to the Central census, many households in both rural and urban Andhra Pradesh remain in a state of destitution.
He indicated that these families lack even basic necessities such as drinking water, healthcare, education, and nutrition.
Naidu emphasized that individuals in prominent positions and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) have the potential to completely transform society by serving as mentors, creating opportunities, and supporting impoverished families they are familiar with.
"I urge all those who have returned to their hometowns for the festival to focus on this initiative, and we are open to receiving suggestions, experiences, and advice from everyone regarding the P-4 policy. A portal will soon be launched to gather suggestions for 30 days. Let us unite to achieve the objective of zero poverty through community partnership. I earnestly encourage everyone to contribute to our mission of elevating the Telugu society to the top position globally, thereby fostering a healthy, happy, and developed Andhra Pradesh," he concluded.
