Synopsis
Key Takeaways
Raipur, Jan 30 (NationPress) The ninth iteration of Pariksha Pe Charcha, an annual event where the Prime Minister engages with students preparing for board examinations, is scheduled for the first week of February 2026.
This direct interaction with the Prime Minister has developed into a significant platform over the years, aimed at alleviating the stress experienced by students and their families, while promoting positive thinking and enhancing self-confidence.
Srishti Sahu, a student hailing from the Mahasamund district in Chhattisgarh, has been selected to participate in this year's Pariksha Pe Charcha event.
Currently in Class 12 at a government institution in Nayapara, Srishti is among the few chosen for the program and is excited to pose a question directly to the Prime Minister.
In an interview with IANS, Srishti expressed that being part of PM Modi's Pariksha Pe Charcha is an incredibly proud moment for her. She acknowledged the support of her parents, teachers, and school principal for her accomplishment.
During the event, she had the opportunity to meet peers from various regions and learn about diverse cultures and traditions.
Srishti emphasized that through Pariksha Pe Charcha, PM Modi guides students on managing exam pressure with confidence rather than stress.
She takes pride in being the sole student selected from Chhattisgarh.
Her school principal, Amy Rufus, called this a significant milestone, asserting that it is an honor for the school as well.
She elaborated that as part of the selection process, students were required to create and submit a video.
Discussing how the school prepared Srishti for the interaction, she stated, “We advised her to envision the Prime Minister standing before her.”
The principal noted that Srishti was selected twice throughout the screening and had the chance to stand in front of the Prime Minister and ask her question.
She further mentioned that this achievement will motivate other students to confidently express their views.
It is noteworthy that the inaugural Pariksha Pe Charcha took place at the Talkatora Stadium in February 2018.
