Bengaluru/Jaipur, Jan 18 (NationPress) Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma emphasized on Saturday that every individual's contribution is crucial for the advancement of both the nation and society.

“In addition to fostering peace, justice, and harmony within society, we must persistently strive for progress across all domains. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has motivated us to safeguard our heritage while embracing development. It is essential for us to adhere to the guidelines he has provided and to fortify the cultural legacy passed down by our ancestors,” he stated while addressing the Suvarna Sambrahma and the 11th State Level Brahmin Conference in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

The Chief Minister remarked that Prime Minister Modi is diligently working towards uplifting the marginalized sections of every community in the country to realize the vision of a truly developed India.

“We must unite in our efforts to realize this vision,” he added.

He stated that the Akhil Karnataka Brahmin Mahasabha is upholding its motto 'Sarve Jana Sukhino Bhavantu' through various public service initiatives.

“It is committed to preserving and promoting our cultural heritage by reciting Vedas and other scriptures, observing daily rituals, and engaging in social events. This is a vital endeavor to keep our ancient knowledge alive,” he asserted.

The Chief Minister highlighted that the Brahmin community has been a significant pillar in guiding our social and cultural trajectory.

“This community is instrumental in steering the entire nation,” he remarked.

He noted that just as Rajasthan is renowned nationally and internationally for its cultural heritage, Karnataka is equally celebrated for its rich cultural tapestry.

He explained that according to ancient texts, Lord Parashuram created the Konkan coast of Karnataka, which is thus referred to as Parashuram Srishti.

“This region boasts lush green Western Ghats, stunning beaches, and breathtaking landscapes, along with numerous cultural and historical sites. It also stands as a competitor on the global stage for IT and startups, akin to Silicon Valley. I extend an invitation to all of you to visit Rajasthan to further enhance the cultural exchange between Rajasthan and Karnataka,” he declared.

Sharma stated that the government in Rajasthan is persistently working to uphold religious faith and culture.

“To enhance the grandeur of the Khatushyamji temple, projects worth Rs 100 crores are underway, alongside development initiatives at 20 prominent temples and places of faith,” he mentioned.

He remarked that every corner of Rajasthan showcases its rich heritage, nature, culture, and diversity. Inviting entrepreneurs to invest, he stated that the state government has fostered an environment for investors where they will receive every possible support.

He emphasized that Rajasthan presents a significant market for products and services, equipped with a skilled workforce and a direct link to major markets in North and West India.
