New Delhi, Feb 14 (NationPress) The Chief Minister of Delhi, Rekha Gupta, expressed her gratitude towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the pivotal decisions made by the Union Cabinet that are set to enhance both infrastructure and economic development in the National Capital.

She remarked, "The choices made by the Union Cabinet regarding Delhi's infrastructure, economic growth, and cultural enrichment are incredibly crucial and will have lasting impacts."

"The approval for constructing the third and fourth lines on the Delhi-Ambala rail corridor marks a significant advancement in creating a more efficient rail network, thus ensuring smoother transit for passengers," she stated in a social media update.

Furthermore, Chief Minister Gupta noted that the establishment of the historic North and South Blocks into a magnificent Yuge Yugeen Bharat National Museum will serve as a vital cornerstone in safeguarding Delhi's cultural legacy and elevating its status on a global scale.

Simultaneously, forward-thinking initiatives like the Urban Challenge Fund and 'Startup India Fund 2.0' are expected to modernize Delhi's urban planning and generate fresh opportunities for the youth, according to CM Gupta.

"I sincerely thank the Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodiji for his unwavering support towards Delhi's development and these welfare initiatives," she expressed in her social media post.

During an event in East Delhi, the Chief Minister unveiled a statue of Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar, the first Sarsanghchalak of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), at the Dr. Hedgewar Arogya Sansthan in Shahdara.

While addressing attendees, the Chief Minister praised the mission initiated by Dr. Hedgewar, which has significantly contributed to the nation through a robust and expansive organization.

"His philosophy of societal organization through individual growth has established a strong basis for India's cultural renaissance," she remarked. She emphasized that this statue at the institute serves not just as a tribute, but will also continue to fuel the spirit of service, dedication, and prioritizing the nation.

In her social media message, she stated, "This event is profoundly significant, as the Sangh commemorates its centenary year. On the auspicious day of Vijayadashami in 1925, the esteemed Doctor Sahab sowed the seeds of an ideal that has blossomed into a vast banyan tree, consistently dedicated to serving Mother Bharat. His approach to societal organization through the nurturing of individual character has now become the bedrock of India’s cultural revival."
