Jaipur, June 26 (NationPress) Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma visited Jodhpur for a single-day event on Thursday, where he took part in three significant functions.
His itinerary featured attendance at the 11th convocation of IIT Jodhpur, a review of the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Antyodaya Sambal Fortnight Camp, and participation in the division-level Loktantra Senani Samman Samaroh (Democracy Fighters’ Honour Ceremony), marking the 50th anniversary of the Emergency.
The CM is scheduled to be present at the 11th convocation of IIT Jodhpur at Karwad from 12:30 to 1:30 P.M.. Following this, he will examine the Antyodaya Sambal Fortnight Camp at village Daije, and from 2:30 to 3:30 P.M., he will attend the Loktantra Senani Samman Samaroh at the Marwar International Centre located in the Polytechnic College Campus. He is expected to depart for Jaipur from Jodhpur Airport at 3:40 P.M.
The Chief Minister will serve as the chief guest at the Loktantra Senani Samman Samaroh, which is organized to celebrate democracy fighters on the occasion of 'Constitution Murder Day', commemorating 50 years since the Emergency.
Preparations for the event have been thoroughly organized by the district administration.
On the same day, Parliamentary Affairs, Law, and Legal Affairs Minister Jogaram Patel will also be in Jodhpur. His schedule includes attending the IIT Jodhpur convocation and the Antyodaya Pakhwada camp at Daije at 12:25 P.M., followed by the Loktantra Senani Samman Samaroh at 2:30 P.M.. He plans to leave for the airport at 3:40 P.M. and return to the Circuit House by 4:20 P.M. for an overnight stay.
