New Delhi, Oct 19 (NationPress) On Sunday, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta marked the Diwali celebrations at the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Children's Home for Orphaned Boys located in Tis Hazari, as reported by an official.
