New Delhi, March 14 (NationPress) Delhi's Chief Minister, Rekha Gupta, emphasized on Saturday that the global perspective of India is evolving; the nation is now viewed as a crucial collaborator in shaping the future rather than just a market.

During an event held at Bharat Mandapam, she remarked, "India is emerging as the center of global transformation through innovative reforms, a thriving startup ecosystem, digital infrastructure, and cutting-edge technologies."

In a post shared on the social media platform X, CM Gupta stated, "Guided by the visionary leadership of Prime Minister @narendramodiji, India has set its sights on achieving 'Viksit Bharat 2047'. This is more than a developmental target; it signifies a vision for a new era focused on technology, innovation, digital empowerment, and governance that prioritizes humanity."

"Currently, India is taking center stage in global transformation thanks to next-generation reforms, a dynamic startup environment, digital infrastructure, and new technologies. We take pride that, under Prime Minister Modi's guidance, Delhi is actively participating in this journey towards a developed India," she added.

"Through innovative policies, technology integration, and governance centered around citizens, Delhi is gearing up for the opportunities and challenges of the upcoming decade. The world now perceives India not just as a market but as a vital partner in building the future," the Chief Minister concluded.

Earlier on Saturday, CM Gupta continued her efforts as part of the 'Viksit Delhi' initiative by laying the groundwork for several development projects in her Shalimar Bagh Assembly constituency.

In her post on X, she shared, "Today, we initiated the construction of RCC drains under the New Master Drain Plan–2025 across various roads in the Shalimar Bagh Assembly constituency, along with a significant rainwater drainage project on K.L. Bagga Marg and Bhagwan Mahavir Marg."

"These modern drainage solutions will alleviate waterlogging issues, enhance water drainage, and provide considerable relief to local residents," she noted.

She also mentioned the inauguration of a left-turn-free slip road at Shalimar Chowk and U-turn facilities around the Road Under Bridge to facilitate better traffic flow.

"Moreover, during her inspection of ongoing road construction, she instructed officials to ensure that all projects are completed with high quality and within the designated timeframe. Our commitment remains strong towards developing a well-organized and exemplary Shalimar Bagh Assembly constituency," CM Gupta stated.
