New Delhi, Feb 19 (NationPress) Rahul Gandhi, the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha and Congress MP representing Rae Bareli, is scheduled to embark on a two-day visit to his parliamentary constituency starting Thursday, as confirmed by party officials. Throughout his visit, he will engage in a variety of programs and conduct meetings with party members and activists.

According to the agenda shared by district Congress president Pankaj Tiwari, Gandhi will arrive in the district by road from Lucknow airport. At 10:30 a.m., he is set to meet with workers from the Bachhrawan Assembly constituency at Balaji Marriage Lawn. At noon, he will interact with students at the Mool Bharatiya Hostel located in Civil Lines.

Following this, the Congress MP will take part in a women’s dialogue program at Sahkari Sangh Limited in Uttarpara at 1 p.m. He will also unveil a statue and address attendees at the Ranabeni Madhav Singh Memorial Inter College in Shankarpur, Jagatpur. Afterward, he will head to Bhueamau Guest House, where he will be staying.

Pankaj Tiwari mentioned that unexpected stops are planned in Unchahar and Sadar Assembly constituencies during Gandhi’s visit. On Thursday evening, he will convene a meeting with party leaders and workers at the guest house. On Friday, he is set to meet with local residents at the guest house, followed by an event in Bheera Govindpur.

Additionally, he is scheduled to inspect the Modern Rail Coach Factory and later in the afternoon participate in a youth dialogue program in Lalganj before departing for Lucknow airport. Congress workers are already making arrangements for Gandhi's visit, Tiwari added.
