Bengaluru, Jan 14 (NationPress) A six-year-old girl has been reportedly raped and murdered in Bengaluru, according to police information released on Tuesday.
The tragic event took place around 7:30 p.m. on Monday, while the victim's parents were engaged in construction work, leaving her alone at their residence in the Rammurthynagar police station vicinity.
The suspect has been identified as 25-year-old Abhisheik Kumar, a mason from Bihar, who has since been apprehended.
Upon discovering the girl alone, the accused lured her outside and took her to a secluded area where he assaulted her.
Sadly, sources indicate that the girl lost her life during the assault.
