He pointed out that landmark initiatives such as GIFT City, the Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR), and the expanding metro rail system have already triggered remarkable growth in both the real estate and infrastructure sectors throughout Gujarat.

The NAREDCO Gujarat Property Fest, which commenced on December 19, features exhibits from 41 real estate firms. Over the three-day period, the event has seen enthusiastic engagement from investors, homebuyers, and property aficionados.
Present at the event were NAREDCO Gujarat's Chairman Suresh Patel, President Yogesh Bhavsar, Secretary Deepak Patel, along with numerous stakeholders from the real estate industry and a large turnout of visitors.
