“I have put in immense effort for this achievement. My life has been filled with challenges, yet I have remained dedicated. I practiced yoga at home and was profoundly influenced by Baba Ramdev. Meditation has taught me to control my mind, enabling me to reach this level. I have now completed six world records,” Sandeep shared with IANS.
In preparation for this record, he adhered to a strict regimen for six months, consuming only liquids post-sunset and avoiding solid food in the evenings. Despite his achievements, he mentioned that he has not yet received any financial support from the government.
“This is my message to the youth: abandon addiction and adopt yoga. It can transform your life,” he expressed.
Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutation, consists of a dynamic series of 12 powerful yoga postures that provide both physical and mental advantages. Typically performed in the early morning on an empty stomach, each cycle includes two sets of the 12 poses. While variations exist, yoga experts advocate consistently following one method for the best outcomes.
