New Delhi, Oct 16 (NationPress) - The family of Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri, who has preserved the sacred footwear of Guru Gobind Singh Ji and Mata Sahib Kaur Ji for over three centuries, officially announced their intention to present these revered relics for public darshan at the birthplace of Guru Sahib, Takht Sri Patna Sahib, this Thursday.
In a formal declaration, Hardeep Singh Puri stated that the Joda Sahib will be transported from Delhi to Patna Sahib as part of the Charan Suhawa, Guru Charan Yatra. This pilgrimage will provide devotees along the journey the opportunity to witness the sacred relic.
The Union Minister also noted that the Yatra will feature the presence of the Guru Granth Sahib and the Panj Pyare (the Five Beloved Ones).
A special Kirtan Samagam is scheduled for the evening of October 22 at Gurdwara Moti Bagh Sahib, where devotees will have the chance to view the Joda Sahib.
The Charan Suhawa Yatra is set to commence on October 23 from Gurdwara Moti Bagh, with an overnight stop in Faridabad.
On October 24, the pilgrimage will move from Faridabad to Agra; on the 25th to Bareilly; on the 26th to Mahangapur; on the 27th to Lucknow; on the 28th to Kanpur; on the 29th to Prayagraj; on the 30th it will progress through Banaras to Sasaram; on the 31st, it will arrive at Gurdwara Guru Ka Bagh, Patna Sahib; and on the morning of November 1, it will reach Takht Sri Patna Sahib, marking the conclusion of the Yatra.
