IndiGo Expands Operations with 30+ New Routes from Navi Mumbai Airport

New Delhi, March 29 (NationPress) Low-cost airline IndiGo has announced the launch of over 30 new routes from the Navi Mumbai International Airport, scheduled to commence between March 29 and April 23.
The new routes will connect the airport with several cities including Agra, Ayodhya, Bagdogra, Belgaum, Chandigarh, Diu, Kannur, Kolkata, Patna, Rajkot, Srinagar, Varanasi, and Visakhapatnam, among others.
With this expansion, IndiGo will achieve more than 400 weekly departures from Navi Mumbai, providing customers with enhanced travel options and improving regional connectivity across the nation.
The Navi Mumbai International Airport is developed and operated by Adani Airports Holdings Limited (AAHL), a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited. This airport is one of the largest greenfield airport projects in India, completed in record time.
Additionally, starting from Sunday, the airline has initiated twice-daily, direct flights between Bhavnagar and Navi Mumbai, further enhancing connectivity within Gujarat.
The flights on this route utilize IndiGo’s ATR aircraft, providing a reliable and convenient travel option between the two cities.
Earlier this month, IndiGo also announced the launch of direct flights to Jamnagar, set to start on April 23, 2026.
With these new additions, IndiGo will operate to six cities in Gujarat, including Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot, Bhavnagar, and Jamnagar, with over 1,400 weekly flights to and from this dynamic industrial state.
Earlier this month, IndiGo and Adani Airport Holdings Limited announced a strategic partnership that allows IndiGo BluChip members to earn points on duty-free shopping at AAHL-managed airports.
Under this partnership, members will earn five IndiGo BluChips for every Rs 100 spent on pre-booked duty-free products through the Adani platform. Travelers can browse, reserve, and pay for products online before their departure and conveniently collect their purchases at the airport.
