Harish Salve: Judging constitutional bodies risks replacing rule of law

Former Solicitor General of India and senior advocate Harish Salve on Tuesday, 5 May issued a sharp warning that repeated attacks on constitutional institutions — including the Election Commission of India (ECI) — amount to judging those bodies by personal standards, a trend he said could replace the rule of law with the rule of men.
