The meeting resolved that the celebrations this year will be held inclusively, with the post noting: 'ಕೆಂಪೇಗೌಡರು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಆಸ್ತಿ' — 'Kempegowda is the pride and asset of the city of Bengaluru and the state' — and that the Jayanti will be celebrated alongside all religions, castes, and organisations.

The decisions weave together cultural commemoration with concrete civic rollouts. The main state-level event will be held in the newly developing Kempegowda Layout, where a new road project will also be inaugurated on the same day. Separately, all 369 wards of Bengaluru will each receive ₹1 lakh for ward-level Jayanti programmes, amounting to a further ₹3.69 crore directed to the city's local bodies. Together, the two grant streams distribute resources uniformly across the state's legislative and civic units, ensuring the anniversary is observed from the capital to the remotest assembly segment.

Bengaluru residents, elected MLAs, ward councillors, and BDA officials are all stakeholders in the rollout. The tree-plantation drive, if executed fully, would represent one of the larger single-day greening efforts undertaken by the BDA in recent years.
