Patna, April 2 (NationPress) RJD National President Lalu Prasad Yadav, who was supposed to fly to New Delhi on Wednesday for a medical examination, was pulled from the flight and taken to Paras Hospital in Patna after experiencing a sudden spike in his blood sugar and blood pressure.
He was placed under close medical supervision at Paras Hospital, where doctors confirmed the alarming increase in his blood sugar and BP levels, triggering the unexpected health issue.
After receiving the required treatment and undergoing a thorough health evaluation, the doctors released him.
Lalu Prasad Yadav, accompanied by his wife Rabri Devi and two sons Tejashwi Yadav and Tej Pratap Yadav, returned to the residence of Rabri Devi in Patna after his discharge.
It is anticipated that he will travel to Delhi later for additional medical care.
Lalu Yadav was due to fly to Delhi for a standard health check-up when his condition deteriorated at the Patna Airport after he had already checked in.
His son Tejashwi Yadav, who was with him, promptly took him to Paras Hospital instead.
Rabri Devi, who was also scheduled to fly to Delhi, arrived at the airport for her flight but quickly left for Paras Hospital upon hearing about his health.
