Mumbai, Aug 19 (NationPress) Shiv Sena-UBT MP Sanjay Raut has made serious allegations regarding a land scam in Maharashtra's Raigad district, claiming it amounts to a staggering Rs 50,000 crore. He asserts that this scam was carried out through collusion among the Revenue and Urban Development Departments, officials from the City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO), and various ministers.
In a letter addressed to Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Raut has called for the dismissal of Deputy Chief Minister and Urban Development Minister Eknath Shinde, as well as Social Justice Minister Sanjay Shirsat, the former CIDCO Chairman.

Despite CIDCO officials claiming there is no land available for impoverished and marginalized families, they managed to allocate Rs 50,000 crore worth of land to the Biwalkar family, which was ineligible for such allocation.
