A senior police representative disclosed that the militants, who are part of the Kangleipak Communist Party (KCP), United National Liberation Front (UNLF), and People’s Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak (PREPAK), were apprehended in the Imphal West and Imphal East districts.
These militants are believed to be involved in various unlawful activities, including intimidation and forcible collection of subscriptions from citizens, government personnel, and contractors.
