In his traditional address to the press before the commencement of a new session, PM Modi remarked, "As we gear up for the Budget Session, I pay my respects to Maa Lakshmi, the deity of wealth and prosperity..."
Reflecting on the Maha Lakshmi mantra, PM Modi expressed his hopes for special blessings upon the poor and the middle class.
