Speaking at the government-organized event 'Vikramotsav - 2025' in Ujjain, the Chief Minister noted that a significant amount of police and administrative resources are currently allocated to judicial functions, highlighting the necessity for reform through modern technology.

He stated, 'Madhya Pradesh government is developing a new judicial system aimed at maximizing the use of virtual technology. This system is set to be implemented within a year.'

The Chief Minister expressed gratitude towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah for launching the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita (BNS) and Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS).

He emphasized that the upcoming regulations will facilitate the issuance, service, and execution of legal documents through various electronic communication channels, marking a substantial advancement in the state’s judicial operations.

'Madhya Pradesh has become the first state in the nation to implement regulations for this initiative, setting a standard for digital progress in the judicial system,' he remarked.

Additionally, last month, the state government hosted a two-day conference for Principal District and Sessions Judges in Jabalpur, where an advanced digital initiative 'Tvarit' (Transmission of Warrants, Summons, and Reports through Information Technology) was inaugurated.

The session was attended by Chief Justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, Justice Suresh Kumar Kait, Justice Sushrut Arvind Dharmadhikari, and several judges, along with representatives from the Madhya Pradesh State Legal Services Authority (MP SLSA), the State Judicial Academy, and other distinguished guests.
