Amaravati, Feb 15 (NationPress) The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, N. Chandrababu Naidu, expressed his congratulations to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for a remarkably successful trip to the United States and France, asserting that he is solidifying his status as a global leader.

The national president of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) shared on 'X' that the Prime Minister is indeed cementing his role on the world stage.

"Throughout his journey, he enhanced connections in trade, defense, and energy sectors and co-chaired the AI Action Summit. I sincerely admire the Hon'ble PM's leadership in positioning India at the helm of global AI innovation," stated CM Naidu, whose party is a vital ally of the BJP-led NDA government at the national level.

CM Naidu highlighted that with his vision and commitment, Prime Minister Modi is steering the nation toward Viksit Bharat 2047 and reinforcing its position as a global leader.

"India is genuinely fortunate to have the appropriate leader at the right moment," added CM Naidu.

On another note, BJP's Andhra Pradesh unit president D. Purandeswari criticized Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy for his comments regarding Prime Minister Modi.

Purandeswari, also a Lok Sabha member, took to 'X' to respond to Reddy's statements.

"Once more, the divisive nature of Congress has been revealed. It is regrettable that Sri Revanth Reddy is unaware that Sri Narendra Modi's community was recommended for the OBC list in 1994 and was subsequently added in 2000. At both times, Sri Narendra Modi was not the Chief Minister of Gujarat. This reflects the desperation of a party that is continuously dismissed by the public," wrote Purandeswari.

The BJP leader insisted that Revanth Reddy should clarify what he meant by legally converted BC.

On Friday, the Telangana Chief Minister claimed that PM Modi is not a born BC but rather legally converted, asserting that PM Modi was born into an upper caste but included his caste in the BC list after becoming Chief Minister of Gujarat.
