In conversations with IANS, various cadets shared their uplifting experiences, highlighting the inspiration drawn from both the event and the Prime Minister’s speech.
One cadet expressed, “I was thrilled to learn that PM Modi would introduce several new schemes. When he spoke to me, his first question was, ‘Since what time have you been here?’ I replied we arrived at 3 a.m. What resonated most from today’s speech was his reference to Operation Sindoor, an operation that delivered a strong response to Pakistan. It filled me with immense pride.”
Another cadet praised the introduction of the Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana, describing it as a significant initiative for the youth of India.
“This scheme is excellent for young people. It will undoubtedly help in creating job opportunities,” he remarked.
Other cadets shared similar feelings.
“Meeting PM Modi today was uplifting. His speech was very motivating,” stated one.
“As an NCC cadet, I feel fortunate to be here. This is truly a historic and proud moment,” another added.
Numerous cadets emphasized the inspirational tone of the Prime Minister’s address and valued their participation in such a pivotal national event.

Reflecting on 1947, PM Modi remarked that India secured its freedom through the strength of countless individuals and the vision of leaders like Mahatma Gandhi.
