New Delhi, April 18 (NationPress) Union Ministers from the ruling NDA coalition criticized the Congress and other opposition factions on Saturday, labeling the Opposition's INDIA bloc as 'anti-women'. This statement came in response to the failure of the Constitution (131st Amendment) Bill to pass in the Lok Sabha the previous day.
Union Minister Chirag Paswan accused the Opposition of dismissing the Bill under the pretext of delimitation.
He remarked to the press, "The INDI alliance is an anti-women coalition. They are against granting women their rights."
Paswan further charged the Opposition with failing to pass the Bill due to various excuses.
