In his speech, Amit Shah commended the Yogi Adityanath administration for transforming police recruitment in Uttar Pradesh into a paragon of fairness and merit, emphasizing that none of the 60,244 recruits had to pay any bribe.
He highlighted that the recruitment initiative established a new standard by offering equal opportunities to candidates from every caste, district, and tehsil.
The Home Minister stressed that the process was devoid of any monetary requests, recommendations, or caste-based discrimination, showcasing its complete transparency and merit-based selection criteria.
Referring to the Uttar Pradesh Police as India's largest police force, Amit Shah noted that the inclusion of 60,244 young recruits represented a proud and transformative milestone.
He specially acknowledged the participation of over 12,000 women among the new recruits and pointed out that Uttar Pradesh fulfilled the women's reservation in police recruitment, a significant accomplishment under Yogi Adityanath's leadership.
Reflecting on the evolution of Uttar Pradesh since 2017, he remarked that the state, once marred by law and order issues, has seen a remarkable turnaround under Yogi Adityanath's guidance.

Amit Shah attributed this transformation to comprehensive governance, highlighting advancements in critical sectors like industrial growth, education, infrastructure, electricity, and drinking water.
He asserted that Uttar Pradesh is no longer the nucleus of riots but has evolved into a riot-free state.

Amit Shah also highlighted the broader modernization efforts of India’s police forces under Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
He addressed the upcoming implementation of the Indian Justice Code, the Indian Civil Defence Code, and the Indian Evidence Code, which will ensure justice delivery—from the FIR to the Supreme Court—within three years. Systems like CCTNS (Crime and Criminal Tracking Network and Systems) and ICJS (Interoperable Criminal Justice System), along with enhanced forensic capabilities, are further strengthening India’s law enforcement frameworks.
He also mentioned the cultural revival under the present government, referencing milestones like the Pran Pratishtha of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya, the revitalization of Kashi Vishwanath Dham, the abolition of triple talaq, and the introduction of a new Waqf law. He proudly cited India’s historic achievement of reaching the south pole of the Moon, naming the site ‘Shiv Shakti’.
